Folks, does anyone know much about the climbing on Damavand? I'm looking for info on guesthouses lower down and huts higher up in particular, hopefully from someone who been there recently.

Climbed this in 2004. I took a shared taxi from Tehran on the first day and then climbed to a camp about a 1/3 of the way up. Then next morning summited and returned to Tehran that same day. The Iranian climbers were using the same camp. My logbook says I did the Southern route, which is the normal way.
