I was just wondering about the start of the dws route. Is it the norm mantle onto the shelf and crawl on your knees along it too then swing out along the roof? or do you hand traverse the greasy shelf. Just wondering as the latter seems quite sketchy given there is a ledge just below the water and the climb is given S0
any info would be great

I did it a few years ago and crawled ( or rather crawled/slid/grovelled) along the ledge.

Yep mantle onto the ledge from the in side, (always feels a bit sketchy) crawl along as far as you can, then swing across to glory! So good!
