Just wondering which suppliers people use when buying climbing gear in bulk for centre use. I'm looking at getting several of the standard DMM Centre Alpine Harnesses and also some (probably) Petzl helmets. Most of the online stores I look at seem much more focused on the individual climber, and don't stock group equipment. Does anywhere do bulk discount?

Go direct to DMM, Lyon Equipment, (or Allcord, Wild Country for other brands). They will be happy to look at genuine trade purchases, and equipping a climbing centre would fall under this.
