where is this glen/valley?

Have just been watching country file, BBC1. In the opening and closing credits there is a short clip showing a large glen/valley. This place looks amazing, but i dont recognise it. Does anyone know where it is.

Yes, as Ian states it is Langstrath http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3111944 I think most (all?) of the opening credits are in the Lakes, including the horses galloping on the beach. When they were introduced a few years ago they showed the locations if I remember correctly http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b03vlb5s
