Turns out its not Scotland after all.

"U-shaped valley below the Gaisbergferner Glacier above Obergurgl, Tirol, Austria." Found lurking under "Glacial Geology" 3/4 of the way down this page: http://www.gly.uga.edu/railsback/FieldImages.html

Looked very Scottish to me!

Well found. I thought that looked very Scottish but couldn't think of anywhere with a building like that. With hindsight, the river isn't quite right but otherwise it's a good fit.
