Hello,
Looking to get a new set of half ropes. Have used a set of Elderid ropes in the past and was really impressed with the dry treatment and handling. Have been looking round and the DMM half ropes have been suggested a few times. Does anyone have any experience of using them and how they compare to others quality wise?

Hi,
Between me and my regular climbing buddy we have a set of the DMM Proffet ropes, and have just got the DMM Migrant ropes, the Migrant is a better rope, for me.
I got a set of Mammut Phoenix ropes at the same time as the prophets and the Phoenix got used most and look in better condition, after a few years of abuse, the Migrant is very similar to the Phoenix, maybe better.
The DMM Migrant rope is very nice
