Does anyone happen to know of a good physio in the Chepstow area? Thanks.

I've been treated by Louise at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre, for a knee complaint and later, when I crushed a vertebra. She was excellent and I'm happy to recommend her. Obviously, it'll cost you a bridge toll each visit but that's a small price to pay.

Thanks Ivan. Not serious, just a shoulder tweak that doesn't seem to want to clear up. Doesn't stop me climbing but I have to manage it somewhat. Thought I should get it checked (I know rotator cuffs can get gradually worse), and hopefully get prescribed some stretching/strengthening exercises.
