Why don't climbing shoe manufacturers openly publish whether their shoes fit narrow, averagely wide or wide? (or low, medium or high volume)?
If you search deep down on the italian sportiva website (hidden on the english language one), you can find that they admit:
Wide forefoot:
Genius, Speedster, Testarossa, Miura VS, Jeckyll VS
Average forefoot:
Genius, Solution, Python, Cobra, Katana Laces, Mythos, TC Pro, Jeckyll Lace
Narrow (Close?) forefoot:
Futura, Miura Lace, Katana
Which makes sense to me having owned quite a few of these.
This seems like this should be easily accessible public knowledge - maybe UKC could get together a list that might help with the 1xweek "What shoes for my narrow feet" question?
Suggestions:
Five ten (apart from galileos or stonelands); All narrow?
Scarpa Instincts: Wide?
Yours?
