We have a month free in April to head to Europe in the van and are looking for recommendations for single pitch sport crags with easy access. The reason we need easy access is because we have a little one so need to be either able to get a pram into the crag or carry her in with us, friendly crag bases would also be great. At present Spain (Catalunya?) is an option. Any ideas?

PS. We need a good spread of grades from 6a+ to 7a+.

There a fair bit of roadside cragging to be had at Ubrieux, Buis-les-Baronnies, France. Sector Tchernoby.

close to everything at la turbie, mouries ... in south of france.

we did not find crags in the taragona area especially child friendly (mussara, margalef, siurana).

Thanks again I'll look at that. We fancied Spain but are open to suggestions. We've two weeks in Finale at the end March / very early April, which is an area we love but we want to move on from there after those two weeks. Never been Costa Blanca or Catalunya so do not know too much about either area.

in Costa Blanca you can almost belay from your car at Sella, other places within 2-5 mins walk are Sierra de Toix, Alcalali, Guadelest, Echo Valley(Vall de Guadar). all have grades within your range.

ok - if moving west from finale, close to the car and your grades the following come to mind: chateauvert; quinson, parts of collias ... there's just so much to dream about ...
