Agree it was very good though the Big Issue was not best of that era. It came across as a bit of an advertorial at points. Hard Grit has to be the best pure climbing film of all time for my money (even better than Stone Monkey).
I don't believe Johnny Dawes ever did lead Parthian Shot.
Although the fall outs were fun to watch at the time, in hindsight it's a shame because both JD's made some stunning FA's.
I've seen John Dunne climb a few times in the real world and his super smooth footwork is quite something for a big guy. Such a non-fussy climbing style.
