After lots of extremely dull digging through home insurance options I've found that Barclays will insure an unlimited number of bikes worth up to £3000 each at home and away for £30/year. Cheap compared to everything else I found, hopefully useful to someone.

Is this just the bike, or for you while out riding (ala car insurance)?

Includes 3rd party liability up to £2million. I got it mainly for the theft cover, which was a mile cheaper than I found anywhere else. Looks particularly good for people with a shed full of expensive bikes (which I sadly don't), as you only have to give the value of the most expensive and all others are then automatically covered to the same value.
