Never heard of them but that's a very fair price. It's primaloft and pertex, so all known quantities, so unless the fit is a total disaster or something I suspect you won't go to far wrong. From trying similar things I suspect you'll get the warmth of heavy fleece plus windproofing, but if you use it as a mid layer it might be a bit more sweaty than a fleece.
