Are there and decent ones, maybe with freezing level or temp at specific height, able to pick locations (southern highlands etc)??

And free would obviously be best.

Both MWIS and SAIS have mobile-friendly versions of their web sites. You can bookmark them in your browser, or add them to your home screen as shortcuts. Both are free.
