It's in mint, as new condition having only been used for two nights since purchase 3 years ago (the latest version in the links has a couple of minor modifications compared to the tent for sale - alterations to door vents and pole sleeves). I'm a photographer and times are tough in the lakes at the moment so my prized tent needs a new home!
