It's been a few years but I seem to recall having ok roaming signal most places but not great, it's quite sheltered and surrounded by rock so it could be a bit patchy. Not sure about the campsite (I assume you meant la Blaquiere) - it had free wifi so I'd normally switch my roaming off there.
