I am leaving Sheffield this month and am looking to let out my flat to someone else. Its a pretty big furnished one bedroom flat in Broomhall (double bedroom, living room, bathroom, big kitchen and a lot of storage) with a parking space (that is right next to the CCTV camera) for £495 per month. There are no letting agent fees except for a £25 payment to switch the holding deposit across.
