Hello,

Has anyone taken a Clipstick on Easyjet as hand luggage please?

Thanks!

In reply to Chloe:

Its nothing to do with Easyjet, your issue is security, you cant take walking poles through and tripods have been confiscated before so clipstick is doubtable.......

Feign an injury and use it as a walking stick.

No, but i checked one into the hold on Flybe once, which promptly got lost.
Make sure you attach it to something big.

They can x-ray a knife and gun too, but they don't let you carry those in hand luggage either.

You need a firm detachment from reality if you re to understand the 'logic' of airport security.
The best thing to do its not to try and understand it, just abide by it.

It could be used as a weapon, as can an ice axe, crampon, walking pole, tripod, all of which you cannot get through....

The fact you can buty a litre of flammable liquid and a lighter at duty free seems to be irrelevant......
