Anybody remember them?

Oh they're very rare now. I wonder if a breeding program is needed? Either that or just have the last one stuffed

In reply to Yanis Nayu:

Clearly, lots of people do. Particularly in Scotland, where although several seats were lost through a large loss of votes, several others were lost in spite of an increase in the vote. Also, like Labour's recent experience, there has been an increase in membership.

British politics clearly isn't dead yet.

Not just remember them - I'm a fully paid up member. They're probably more relevant than ever now that Labour is in danger of splitting apart or drifting off to the unelectable left. And the Lib Dems are the only party committed unequivocally to staying in the EU.

Scroll down to the post entitled "Cumbria A591 closure - funding?" and you'll see Lib Dems very much in action both at a local level and arguing to get the best out our EU membership.
