Hopefully one of you can help. itunes on my iphone is not working, it is just doing absolutely nothing. When i open it, the screen says "music" with the apple logo, and a photo of someone listening to music. This does not change, and there is nothing else on the screen, so I have no options to select/click on/do anything. I have tried all settings under the phone settings menu, it still does sod all. Redowoading itunes makes no difference. Any bright ideas welcome....

What are you trying to do? If you're trying to put music on the phone definitely don't bother using iTunes for it, it's awful awful software. There's loads and loads of free softs you can use to do the same job. I favor CopyTrans Manager, quick and easy to use.

Edit: Syncios is another good one.

i am only trying to listen to the music on my phone.

My bad, I referred to it as "itunes", I meant the "music" app.

Had the same issue, it means the app has crashed and will need restarted.
