I thought my MOT expired on the 1st march so booked it in for the 12th feb. Re checked and it is actually expires on the 12th march.

The rules say 1 calendar month... am i ok on the 12th or would the 13th feb be the first day i could get it done. Ive cleared one day so i can get it sorted so would be a pain to re- arrange. Garage phone is ringing out at the moment so thought i would try for an answer on here

You can have your MOT done when ever you like. The one month thing to to get the most value from your previous MOT.

I don't know the answer to your question but if you get it done 1 day early you will only get 12 months instead of 13

If you have your previous certificate it tells you the earliest date you can take it for the test and still preserve the expiry date
