Hi

I'm about to set off for a walk from FWilliam to Ullapool (Cape Wrath trail south, kinda). Weather looks cold but too severe. It's a while since I've been up that way, can anyone on the ground tell me whether crampons and walking axe be needed?

Thanks

If its any help here is a picture taken looking north across Glen Carron on Saturday from the munro Sgurr nan Ceannaichean. The snow level was about 450m. The paths in the glen below that are icy though.
