Ey up, been doing some core sets on gym rings but for days on on late shift or away im after some good core sets on flat mats, stuck on leg raises,planks etc
Any help would be awesome

Plank and side step.
Side raises.
Russian twists.

Search YouTube for 5minute core workout.

If you have a bar as well, 'windscreen wipers' are good, I've seen significant improvements in a short space of time in my own capability to do these.
