Hi,
just done the survey. In a couple of the questions (e.g. shopping /hot springs...) you have an "other" option. Filling this in still means one has to mark one of the other fixed options as valid to complete the survey, even if none of them apply.

Thanks for filling in the survey and giving us feedback.
It is a valid point and on our next survey if we will make one we will try to avoid such logical mishaps.
Unfortunately the form design in surveymonkey sets some limitations that we cannot change and we wont necessarily even see all possible problems.
