So the man portrayed as a pantomine villain turns out to have some heart..... too much cuts in his department coming from the disabled and working poor and not enough from rich pensioners who can afford it. His legacy salami sliced. Call me Dave says he is puzzled (more lies).

I supect it's not all altruism, Brexit campaign gains must be part of it.
