A large, sunny double room will be available (MID MAY) for rent in the lovely village of Dalwhinnie, Highlands. The room is furnished but furniture can be removed if you have your own. The house is a 2 bedroom cottage with a shared bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen, lounge with open fire, and two lockable cellars with power (Inc washing machine and tumble dryer), so plenty of space for storage of bikes, kayaks, snowboards/skis, and wine. Parking is available off-street. Renter must like dogs, and I'm ideally looking for a friend as well as a tenant as it is my mountain retreat. The village is on the a9 and has a train station so great links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Inverness, Aviemore and Fort William. Laggan Wolftrax is 7 miles away, and Creag Meaghaid 15 miles.
