Has anyone used the grivel light machine? Looking at it as a possible general use axe from hill walking and mountaineering up to grade III.

On a side note, these sliding trigger rests, are they any good?... I much prefer to avoid leashes and for easyish stuff a simple rest seems like a good compromise.
