As per the title really.
Does anyone know where I can or whether I should recycle my empty gas canisters?

My recycling bin says it doesn't want them, so I'm not sure where to put them.

You need to check with your local council. They can be put in the mixed metal at the tip but it depends on local rules. They must be empty.
