I was guiding on it yesterday, and it was covered in quite unconsolidated soft snow, which made breaking trail all the way hard work, but doable. A number of teams followed, and it looks like a few more folk have been up it today, so there was a good track all the way this afternoon. It's raining at sea level now, so putting new snow down higher up, so some of the tracks may become buried.
Starting slightly later will probably mean that someone else has done the hard work and broken trail.
