I have an opportunity to pick up a cheap pair of lightly used Scarpa Mont Blanc Pro's.
My currrent mountain boots are Scarpa Triolets, and the MB Pro's are the same size. I find the fit of the Triolet pretty much perfect, but wouldn't mind something a bit warmer that can take a clip-on crampon. Can anybody who has tried both comment on how similar the the fit & sizing is?
When I bought the Triolets, the other boots I tried were the Trango Evo - far too narrow in the forefoot - and the Rebel Pro - too much of a climbing-oriented fit; I'm not interested in hard winter climbing, my mountain boots are for snow plodding.
