Any suggestions? I have got really narrow low-volume feet so need something that laces up as far down as possible.

Have got a new pair of Tenya Masais which felt good in the shop but have stretched slightly and are now weirdly uncomfortable.

Also tried Anasazi pinks but didn't feel right.

Have you tried the Oasi from Tenaya? Slim fitting for sure.

Or the new Scarpa Vapour Lace. Laces go pretty far down.

Tried Sportiva Miuras lace-ups? If they're too wide, you could look at the "women's" Miura velcros (unfortunately the women's lace-ups don't seem to be stocked anywhere in the UK).
