Although I have a healthy head of hair my days of being a (tall,) dark, (handsome stranger) are now receding into history with more grey hairs on my summit than I ever imagined.

Yet my nether regions are still shrouded in a rich dark forest.

Why do pubic hairs retain their rich colour when all else is fading?

It's for the same reason slugs and snails only come out during gardening/growing times of year. Hey ho.
