Hello,

I was hoping someone might know what the conditions in the cullins on skye are right now? Me and a friend have been organising a trip up there and hoping to climb integrity on the stron na ciche next week but by the sounds of it there's lots of snow in the Highlands right now... :/

Certainly been snow to relatively low levels in recent days. I think that lying snow has eased off since then, but hard to say what the condition of Sron na Ciche will be next week... Everything could change by next week though? Last week I climbed Agag's at 3am with some snow falling... so I wouldn't say it's impossible, but I think you'd have to be up there anyway and take your chance if it arises.

But your best bet is probably Mike Lates' facebook page, because he often has v recent pictures of recent conditions e.g. one on a very snowy In Pinn a couple of days ago. Or, even better, email him for advice.

Thanks, yeah I think that's what we'll have to do..or book a last minute flight to Spain!
