The weather was perfect for it again this year (unlike two years ago when it was about 27 degrees)

Well I am covered in blisters from sunburn so it was plenty hot enough. What an idiot.
I got around in 14.15 and was just happy my ankle survived as it's the first run over 20miles since a break and a few operations.
Shropshire 3 peaks in 3 weeks to try and speed it up a bit!

last time around I think my apocalypse time was 10h? but the route was different this year so not really comparable.
If you dont put suncream on usually then at least put some block on the ears, nose and lips as these are the main areas prone to skin cancer from sunlight.
