Could you imagine how much amazing is Iran for outdoor sports ? Contrary to popular beleives , Iran is not a desert and more than 50 percent of country is full of high mountains .

We offer very cheap but high quality trips ,Consider the following activities :
1 . Mountaineering
Climbing Mount Damavand ( 5609m ) , The highest conical mountain in the world, Climbing Mount Alamkouh ( 4811m) with it’s big granite wall on the north and west face, Climbing Mount Sabalan ( 4811m ) with the stunning lake on the summit and hundreds of amazing mountains for hiking and mountaineering !
2 . Bigwall Climbing
Iran is spectacular for bigwall climbing . Bisotun, which is one of biggest Limestone in the world ( 1200m high and 5km in width ) , Alamkouh with it’s stunning north face(650m ) , Azadkoh north face wall , Tezerjan wall which most of them are above 4000 meters ! and lots of unexplored bigwall around the country !
3 . Sport climbing /Bouldering
There are lots of sport climbing crags around the country with different kind of rock ( Limestone, Granite , Sandstone ,… ) . It’s possible to climb in Iran in 4 season because of different climates !
4 . Ski touring
Iran is ideal for ski touring, Different kind of slopes and mountains from easy one to the very hard mountains have a great potential for amazing ski touring and free ride holiday ! “ Iran is wonderful for skiing “ This is what our clients told us about skiing in Iran
5 . Ice climbing
It’s amazing that there are lots of huge mixed routes and high icefall very close to the capital . Also there are many glaciers in Damavand , Sabaln ,… which gives a technical and wonderful climb to mountaineers !
6 . Canyoning
There are many canyons in Iran ! Some of them are deep enough for scuba diving ! we have different grades of canyons from very easy up to very hard one’s .
You could mix all above activities with sightseeing and travelling across the amazing cities of Persia like Tehran ( amazing Bazar , modern Parks , crystal palaces …. ) , Isfahan ( Which is a city of old bridges, Miniature arts and amazing buildings ) , Yazd ( second historical city in the world ) , Shiraz ( Ancient city of Perspolis … ) and many other amazing cities and meeting nomad people !

I'm fascinated by the Middle East and would love to travel/climb it all. The situation over there at the moment is way too unstable though, even Egypt is off limits for me. Maybe one day...

Just to allay any concerns, the situation in Iran is far from unstable, and you're probably safer there than in most European countries (as long as you don't try driving through rush-hour Tehran, but that's a different story...).

I haven't travelled with IranTours, but have been a couple of times independently with family and can't recommend it highly enough if you want to try somewhere a bit more adventurous.

Exotic culture with tons of history, friendly people, amazing food, and great skiing and climbing, what's not to like?
