Anyone know what conditions on the ben are like at moment regarding snow free Rock routes? Thanks
Specifically observatory buttress area

unless you hear otherwise don't expect it completely snow free for all routes yet it's been a cold dry Spring with plenty of residual snow inside the northish facing corries....

You'd be fine on the lower hills especially if more south facing
