Jasmin Paris has broken the Ramsay Round record completing the round in 16h 13m!

A brilliant run and record for Jasmin as it stands, but what a result for womens mountain running, that really raises the bar and shows they can be up there on equal terms with the men.

Wonder what she will do on the Paddy Buckley when she comes to Wales?

They should be on more than equal terms than men. I can't recall the book I was reading last year but it referenced a study or two that indicated there was a distance the difference between male versus female became roughly equal and as it moved beyond that the females had the edge.

As for her time of 16hrs 13mins, it's the sort of thing I can't comprehend. It just sounds that ridiculous!
