I had the opportunity to read an early version of The Bond. (I have my own unique connection to Jack) It is fantastic! Simon came to this story from a very different place then the typical climbing memoir and a very different time. What Simon and Jack accomplished in their very short climbing career is nothing short of astounding and Simon has some interesting perspectives to offer.
