Heseltine who ripped the tories apart under Thatcher accuses Johnson of doing the same last week. Bit rich isn't it?

Was it? It may have been. I had it down as Heseltine and Howe with his speech in the commons. I could easily be wrong. It's a long time ago and I was in my early 20's at the time.
