Any favourite meals assuming you have a fridge and stove/microwave, and it's not too busy.

Finger prints in the jelly is a real pisser!

I'm a huge fan of the Ainsley Harriot Couscous sachets with a tin of tuna. Some mayo or pepper as a bonus.

Full Scottish in the mornin, haggis neeps( with whisky in) and tattles at night. Or chilli con carne. Can nae whack it.

EGGS! fried egg sunny side up on a bed of soft scrambled eggs (2 eggs, well beaten with a splash of milk) on an omelette du fromage ( 2 eggs).....one is partial to eggs, good luck
