I'm looking to change career slightly and want to get into the wonderful world of Cloud-based CRM software sales. I have done Client Management for an insurance software company for 12 years, but think that CRM software offers greater opportunities.

I've searched on the internet for various options and have found that RecruitBPM is hiring internees and I found the information on " www.recruitbpm.com "

Does anyone work in this field and have any advice of how to start. Are there any courses I can take or a particular system to study?

After more than 30 years in IT, in principle I'd say this is a sound plan. But why confine yourself to CRM? I get the link with your current role, but it's your sales ability that is going to be crucial here, so widen the trawl. It's a numbers' game first and foremost.

The most widely of all is Salesforce.com. ive used it for years.

Perhaps go on its website and search for openings or speak to some industry recruiters.

I work in that field, kind of, and there are many re ruiters which specialise in cloud recruitment.
