Looking at a description it keeps talking about PR. What does that mean exactly?

'Peg runner' (as opposed to 'PA' - peg for aid.)

Proportional Representation. No, hang on a minute it's Public Relations. No, no it's definitely Peg Runner. Hold up, Press Release ...I'm reliably informed it means Puerto Rico

Peg Runner. PB is peg belay. Be careful reading the guidebook intro though, some guides also say peg - one means it's in situ, the other means you have to place it yourself.

A route in the Gower on Three Cliffs Bay so probably end of last century! Greasy tidal sea route with two pegs of protection.... Might give that a miss.

Medics would use PR to refer to a rectal examination. Something to do with pegging perhaps?

:-o

edit: probably don't google either of those

Hi

They are both rusty and need replacing. They are easy to spot by the horrible rust streaks on the rock.

Or alternatively if it's an old guidebook, you may be wearing them
