Hi All,
Recently fell off a boulder (about 2 metres) and landed between two pads on my right heel. It hurt, but was able to walk on it immediately and able to carry on climbing.
It hasn't swelled or bruised particularly badly and it is completely pain free on walking and at rest. However when I run i get a sharp pain in my mid foot, as my foot flexes (not with impact)
I'm sure I have strained/sprained a ligament connecting the calcaneus to the mid foot, but just wondered if anyone else has ever done similar, and if it improved over time?? (Because I really want to get out running again!)
