Dear All,
What climbing shorts do people recommend? Any to avoid?

I wear Ocún Honk and Simond Cliff shorts. Both are comfortable and easy to move in. Pockets on the Ocúns are better, stuff drops out of the Simonds.

I've got some haglofs lizard shorts. Good pockets, good fit, and a bit stretchy too - as well as looking nice. Only downside is they're fairly dear.

H&M mens shorts £7.99. Nice colours. Sit above the knee so no movement issues.

Rip Curl board shorts. some have pockets some don't. cool enough to climb in but also surprisingly waterproof in light showers. plenty of room to move

I've been looking for some waterproof shorts for years.

M and S pyjama shorts are ideal.

Verve, pretty much the only shorts designed for purely climbing. Can't get them in this country as far as I know but you can get them online.
