For those wondering, these are the muscles around the thumb
Ive managed to pinpoint pain to these two muscles, opponens in my left hand and pollicis in the right. Aside from massaging them is there any other exercise or stretching that I can do for this? Not really an issue for climbing but use in general, especially other things I do such as cycling and dentistry both of which requires a fair grip.

Thanks Pesda potato for raising this topic and Dave the Rave for bringing attention to the website. Not sure whether the exercises will help my clicking and painful thumb, seems to be a tendon problem, but I'll give them a go!
