Physio In Oxford

Can anyone recommend a Physiotherapist in Oxford which might have a good understanding of climbing injury's (specifically a shoulder injury).

Bosworth Clinic is very very good.
I don't know about climbing but it has a strong sports focus (including swimming) which is less obvious than you might think in a physio clinic.

Not a climber but Alex Wiggins is just generally excellent and seems to get climbing. And qualified sports massage therapist. http://www.oxmassage.co.uk/about
