Alpina Plus, 2 kbItalian footwear brand AKU has been making high quality walking, hiking and climbing shoes for over 30 years.  This season AKU will be one of the first outdoor brands to launch a range of boots and shoes using Zero Impact Leather from Dani sustainable Leather in its "Plus" range of footwear.

Carbon offsetting, a huge scam if there ever was one. How about buying non-leather? I'd be interested in the footprint of a synthetic shoe vs a 'eco' leather shoe, considering the huge impact cattle have on the planet
