HI,

Can anyone suggest a good way to have a group of people be able to reply to an email ?

We are club where we let members email a group of instructors to book training. and one of the group of instructors will reply to the email. previously we have done this with email forwarding but its not 100% reliable as forwarded mails often get caught up in spam filtering

Any suggestions for a good group mailbox system ?

Our club has e-mail lists setup for climbing and walking that let members send an e-mail to a single address, than then distributes it out to listed e-mails. You could setup the same where the e-mail goes to all the instructors automatically and then one can pick it up? Easy enough to setup.
