It depends on the use but unless you are climbing on vertical edges I wouldn't downsize very much. I have 42.5 street shoes and 42 in the Drago and for overhangs they are just perfect, very precise when the footholds are small whilst remaining very comfortable.
Remember as well that you losing much of the advantages of having a very sensitive shoe if your foot is cramped in it.
