Aero-cap is short for aerobic capacity, so it's just a training lap for increasing aerobic capacity.

On first glance and the tittle and seeing the word 'Sabotage' I assumed this was another vandalism article.
Inspiring stuff, great effort Neil, as a punter I can't comprehend putting that much effort into one route.
Hadn't realised Steve Mac was projecting a 9b up there though, would that make it the hardest route in Britain?

Nice. I always find stories about people climbing at their absolute limit inspiring. By the the 27th session you are bound to be harboring some doubt about your ability to succeed. It's isn't everyone that can deal with that and finish the job.

I assumed the name was more to do with his recent promotional work at kilnsey. If he could be so kind as to chuck a few bolts in Doubting Thomas, itd make a great 7b.
