Earl Brutus/The Pre New

I just discovered The Pre New exist and some of their members were in Earl Brutus. I loved Brutus and Tonight You Are The Special One is one of my favourite albums. I can't find much Pre New online, how do they compare with Brutus?

Sorry can't help you out about the over-riding question.
I saw EB supporting the 60ft dolls in the Cathouse in Glasgow in the late 90s and can remember them having the revolving signs and a Japanese guy whose sole job appeared to be to stand at the side of the stage chain smoking.
The 60ft dolls were awesome that night though. No.1 pure alcohol...

Thanks for replying anyway. Shinya was also known to drink pints continuously through gigs till he pissed himself onstage. I've just found out the Pre New are playing Glasgow soon, I'll go see them if I can.
